Egg Fast Rules

  • Eat a minimum of 6 eggs per day
  • Eat one tablespoon of healthy fat (butter, mayonnaise, etc) per egg
  • Eat up to 3 ounces of cheese per day
  • Within 30 minutes of waking up eat your first egg
  • Stop eating 3 hours before bedtime
  • Add salt whenever you can (for the electrolytes)
  • Condiments and spices are ok to add
  • Drink 6 to 8 glasses of water daily
  • Diet soda is ok, but max 3 per day
  • Egg Fast for 3 days (max 5 days)
